Text Box: The Will worksheet may be filled out and brought to the Legal Assistance Office or sent by electronic mail or facsimile, for preparation of a Last Will and Testament.  Make sure you leave a current daytime phone number where we might reach you in case of questions.  Please allow 2-3 days for preparation.  If you are in need of a Last Will and Testament sooner, please state in the “Notes and Comments” section.  If you need assistance completing the worksheet, please contact our office.   The Personal Property Memorandum is explained in detail when the Will is executed.  In brief, it is when you want to leave specific items to specific people.  You can print and complete a copy of the Personal Property Memorandum, attach it to the Last Will and Testament, thus making it a legally binding document.
