Take the Orchard exit off of I-84 and head south.  Orchard will become W. Gowen Road.  After entering the Main Gate the flag pole can be seen directly ahead.  Building 440 is just to the east of the flag pole.

 

The legal offices are located on the 2nd floor (Room 206A) of Building 440 (Joint Forces Headquarters).
